Overview
Derkai was originally to be named Sid. His purpose is generally to serve as an antagonist in other character's backstories, as well as in current role-plays. Personality Derkai is incorrigibly evil, delighting mostly in sadistic sexual perversion, particularly violent rape and torture. No one and nothing is out of his range of targets. Appearance Derkai is middle-aged, with blond hair, dark tan skin, and pointed ears. He usually wears somewhat revealing clothing in shades of brown, and occasionally his simple crown. Powers Derkai is exceedingly powerful in magic and melee, rivalling the gods themselves. However he has a hereditary weakness for the sound of music. Pre-role-play history Derkai was the prince of Northern Canticle, before he murdered his mother, blinded his sister Peer, killed her adoptive family, and proclaimed himself the tyrannical king of Serpentine. Peer eventually escaped his servitude, though remained blind. He created his own wife, Malystrics, out of the three combined souls of different women, and gave her immense magical power as well. She bore him sons. All of them, he has tortured and raped, although with Malystrics it was moreso consentual as she was designed to enjoy it. He once had the demi-god Nathaniel as a servant, before Nathan became aware and in capacity of his own powers. He holds a mutual enmity with the Ladrone family (Dylan, Eleena, and her husband Sean), for their numerous thwartings of his schemes in the past. Role-play history Derkai often will show up to kidnap and torture and rape people when a role-play needs a plot or pot-stirrer, although this has cost him his body parts and his life several times (he is often revived by his ally Amos). He has previously tortured and/or raped Nathan, Gloria, Mar, Jayden, Adam, Mai, Heather (her in-game self), and his own two children and wife. He was once dismembered by Mar and killed by Gloria after torturing them both (and raping Mar in front of Gloria); he was also killed by Dechaerrim after seducing Dech's mother, Saruth. He's had numerous battles both for and against his favor with Peer, Malystrics, Dech, and probably many others. Malystrics finally left him, and has generally acted against him since then. Current Status Derkai is probably alive. Family Derkai's little sister is Peer, his ex-wife is Malystrics, and his sons are Jasper and Vex. He once had a one-night stand with a Nexian, who bore his son back on the Nexus, but it was soon eradicated by Meilcarska for being too powerful. |
