Overview
Theksarsi are a breed of powerful demon native to the planet Ocera, named after its largest moon, Theksar.
In their natural form, they are long-bodied and legless, having two pairs of arms. One pair is usually well-muscled and used to drag themselves across the ground, and the other is usually long with sharper claws, used for battle. They are hairless and their skin can be any shade. Their tails end in stingers with a sac of injectable neurotoxins. They have three eyes, the center one being able to see through illusions, and anything else its owner wishes. They are usually horned, and their heads typically resembled dragons, dinosaurs, or serpents. The skin on their face slowly dissolves with age until their head is mostly just a skull as old adults.
Their default powers are a psychic sense to know whenever their name is spoken aloud, an immunity to fire and electricity, a high resistance to poison, and very high damage resistance. As they grow, they also learn how to control fire and electricity, how to shapeshift (although, some opt never to bother), and a multitude of other powers, including teleportation, plane-hopping, barriers and shields, telekinesis, summoning/banishing, alchemy, etc. Few but the very old master all fields.
However, they have a weakness not only to each other, being able to overcome one another's damage resistance, but also to the glassy red metal ore found on the moon Theksar.
They age at a 1:10 human-year rate, meaning they only age one year for every ten years they're actually alive (reaching adulthood at 200 and putting their maximum lifespan at 700-1,000 years). A Theksarsi/human mix ages at a 1:5 rate.
