Personality Violet is cheerful and cute, but gaining a sarcastic, busy-bodied personality reminiscent of her mother's. She is rather courageous and confident, because nothing incredibly violent has ever happened to her, and because all of her family members are extremely powerful beings. Appearance Violet has very light, powder-blue skin with freckles, white hair with faint a pink tint, dark brown eyes, and pointed ears. She is currently five years old. Powers Violet is developing sorcery without knowing it, projecting illusions around herself when distressed, and also having an ability to communicate with spirits and ghosts in the manner of a medium. She is blind, but with fairly good hearing. Pre-role-play history Violet was conceived when her mother Saruth was taken captive by the Drow Del'narreth N'on. Initially, Del'narreth had promised to free Saruth (and her also-captive son, Dechaerrim, then rendered as a child and so defenseless) if she slept with him. She agreed, and immediately afterwards, she was led back to her cell and beaten to death by Beiel. At this time, Saruth was pregnant, but miscarried before dying. She was revived a week later (her corpse had been disposed of just outside Neriak), and Del'narreth's incubating sperm re-impregnated her. During Saruth's second term, she was kidnapped again by him and taken back to Neriak, where she gave birth to Violet. Del'narreth was enraged that his firstborn was a female, and he had her sent back to the surface to her brother. Role-play history Not too long after arriving at the anthro-tiger castle where Dechaerrim lived, Violet was reunited with her mother when Saruth was rescued from Del'narreth's mansion. Violet then grew to the age of five at the castle, being raised and taught by both her mother and her brother. Upon hearing of a recent massacre committed by Dechaerrim's demonic father, Harziyax, Saruth moved with Violet to live at Lakeside where there had, at the time, been an anti-magic field set on the town. Violet has narrowly escaped being harmed even while others around her are hurt on many occasions, including a goblin pirate raid, a Dark Elf raid, a ghost attack, and a mass kidnapping by Derkai for torture purposes. Violet's only misfortunes so far have been getting struck blind by a blast of powerful god-calibre magic released by a crystal created by Binkasu, and being bitten and drained by the vampire Amir. Current Status Violet continues to reside with her mother and uncle. Family Violet's parents are Saruth and Del'narreth. Her aunts are Traica and Mare, and her uncle is Roger. Her brother is Dechaerrim, her sister-in-law is Jayden, and her nieces and nephews are/were Sokoya, Anutda-at, and Rahim. Her cousin is Israel. |
